You will need arc client to claim,

select the menu at the top left of the arc screen (next to the arc logo) and select redeem a code.
Then a box will open to enter the product key

FYI, be sure to claim this on a toon you really want it on, it's not account wide, it will only work on one toon.

Yeah apparently he thought it was too. It wasn't till the end when he checked it during the show when he realized it... he was surprised too and apologized profusely. Eh, one is better than none.

I missed that then as I left the live steam not long after he logged onto tribble. I'll have to think about whom will get the RMC then.

That was nice of them, and seeing as the RMC was a reward 5 years ago with the collectors edition i don't think anybody will be too bothered at this stage, hell the special editon reward NCC1701 ship was given away long ago, i think there are only a few things left now that have not been given away or available in-game, the Turret defence console for one, and you can't have it, it's my precious.
