Red Angel Theories- Post Here

One of things I'm curious about with the Red Angel is if they are someone manipulating the timeline themselves, or if their trying to repair manipulations someone else has made.

Sounds a little too much like the Temporal Cold War™, if not a continuation of said war.

I still like the idea that Michael is an inserted character like Dawn from Buffy and that is why there are so many inconsistencies.

Whether or not she is the Red Angel, idk, but I do like the idea that its connected to Gary Seven and maybe even Zora as well.

Though frankly Assignment: Earth is an incredibly dumb episode, even by TOS standards, and I'd be just as happy if they wrote it out of canon.

Seeing as how it wasn't really a Star Trek episode but a backdoor pilot, I can see that. However, I am skeptical of it being removed.

What if... it’s Ripper - who evolved into a shape changing humanoid, lives for thousands of years, and then decided to use spore / time travel to go back in time...

I’ll show myself the door... [gets coat]

- Red Angel is an anagram of "Read'n Gel"
- Gel you can read, as in the kind that comes from gel pens, which come in a rainbow assortment of colors.
- A Reading Rainbow, if you will.
- The Red Angel is none other than Geordi LaForge.
- From Geordi LaForge, you can spell: Red Afgel Igoor
- Which is like Red Angel Igor if it was pronounced by someone on meth.
- Igor, as in Dr, Frankenstein's assistant, as in a lab experiment gone wrong.
- Igor was not a character in the Mary Shelley novel, Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus.
- But the Prometheus is a Starfleet ship from the future.

So I think I can state conclusively that the Red Angel is Geordi LaForge time traveling back from the future aboard the USS Prometheus to fix a temporal experiment gone wrong.
