Or Section 31Maybe they will officially announce Legacy at the Q&A for the IMAX screening?

Don't get my hopes up.Or Section 31![]()
@Mage they are not going to create another show in the Discoverse. After the huge success of Picard season 3 they will most likely cancel everything which could be considered remotely connected to DISCO.
S31 is a distinct possibility, as long as the show is set in the new Terryverse.
you can all stop dreaming about new Discoverse boredom after season 5 (hopefully) negates everything which happened in this parallel universe.
The upcoming Starfleet Academy show:
Will get rewritten as a 25th century show.
SNW: Will even further distance itself from the crazy Discoverse doctrine.
You will see it happen. If business defines true Star Trek, here is it’s groundwork:

It is still the truth…What....?
Literally nothing you said there makes any sense. At all.
It is still the truth…
Also i made an educated guess with regards to popularity of the only Star Trek season, which managed to reach the Nielsen Streaming Top 10It most certainly is not. You have an opinion on Discovery, and have now formed a truth in your head based on those opinions.

If Star Trek really is a business, they need to cancel everything Disco related asap. The numbers don’t lie…

Also, we don't know the numbers for Strange New Worlds and Discovery, because CBS/Paramount didn't release them before
This series of Picard is both good and includes the cast that was in 7 seasons and 4 movies that have a big fanbase.
Starfleet Academy is set in 32nd centrury, whether you like it or not.

Back when DSC was on Netflix over here (UK), it would end up at position 1 or 2 on Netflix’s top 10 every week. But then that doesn’t fit with the narrative.
Doubtful. If we look at the situation with Disco S2 and SNW, Disco S2 aired January to April 2019. SNW was first officially announced in May 2020, and premiered May 2022. Therefore I don't expect n announcement about Legacy any earlier than May 2024, though it could premiere as early as fall 2025. SNW did have to work around a pandemic after all, which hopefully any future show won't.Maybe they will officially announce Legacy at the Q&A for the IMAX screening?
I'm thinking it's a rehash of the "make a Pike series" stuff that went around twitter after Disco S2. But that struck me as manufactured and I really wasn't surprised when SNW was announced. This could be wishful thinking or it could be legitAgain I will ask: why is everyone talking about ‘Legacy’ like it’s a thing? Matalas point-blank stated that it’s just an idea of his that CBS/Paramount has nothing to do with. It is just his self-indulgent fantasy to which he has admitted.
