The show will return "either January of 2009 or March of 2009."

In a nutshell, all hell is going to break loose. There's going to be more characters from the netherworld coming up here to do battle with some of the other characters on the show, and, of course, I'll be right there in the middle of all of it trying to do my best to maintain my dignity. I think you're going to find that the relationship between Sam and the devil is going to become even stronger, and for various reasons that you'll discover. They're going to become very, very close.

No way Sam's the son of Satan, tho. I'm still going with my pet theory...

Spoiler: just a crazy theory

Sam is the Second Coming. God is testing him by keeping him clueless and letting him pal around with Satan and maybe Bill Ayers, too.

The Reaper folks better hope there aren't any Bible-thumpers in the White House this winter if they wanna go with that idea, tho. The CW might find their license yanked...
