An enjoyable episode, with strong performances by Picardo. As usual.
But I feel Tom Paris, despite having only brief scenes here, had more development here than The Doctor. Mainly due to one scene.
When he was telling The Doctor about how the crew grew closer partly because of the shared pain, it seems like this was the moment in the series when he really decided it was time to settle down.
Obviously, we know his fate with B'Elanna at the end of the series.
Maybe I was reading too much into it, but McNeill sold it to me. Anyone else think this was a turning point for him?
