Honestly...I'm tired of his fake gushing. Its so patronizing in my opinion. I don't mind if you are excited, but he seems to exaggerate it 100-fold and makes it seem like he's trying too hard. I forget the After Trek host's name, but I preferred him over Wil. I really just need someone who is like a host that won't be so 'kissassy' like Wil seems to portray. Naomi Kyle was okay, and wasn't bad to watch either, I just want a more normal host...maybe Levar Burton's daughter could do future seasons of The Ready Room?

I don't feel like any of it is insincere, personally. In fact, he is just about the only one out there who makes the gushing unobtrusive for me.

Fake gushing..? I don't get your extremely negative view of Wil... I'd rather listen to him 'gush' about Trek for days, than listen to spiteful haters for 5 seconds...... (I’m not meaning you with ‘spiteful haters’, but certain YT channels….The polar opposite of the joyous, infectious optimism Wil generates)

Which version? I always assumed the original Lorraine in 1985 would have sounded out of shape, and a heavy smoker, unlike the fit version we saw in the end.

I liked the interview he did with Annie Wersching. And the video with the makeup people that it took at least first four hours to to do the borg make up. And that Annie had to wear a harness to be hung up as the Borg Queen I hope she didn't have to be up there a long time when they filmed those scenes as the Queen.

There are bts photos of a Borg Queen dummy, which would have been used for all the scenes where she is just in the background, thus limiting her time in the harness.
