Yep, that sounds about right. (With the proviso that they weren't necessarily written in that order, but they are chronologically set in that order.)
Also, the latest Voyager book Protectors is the follow-up to The Eternal Tide, and presumably takes place sometime during the Typhon Pact books (it has passing mentions of the Enterprise and the Aventine), but doesn't particularly affect those books so doesn't need to be read during them if you don't want.
