I find the precision blade pretty good. Great for sideburn trimming... or for getting at those longer nose hairs. Hey, I'm getting old enough for these things to be important now!
I have a trimmer for those. And the ear hairs.
I use a manual Fusion in the shower and I get about 4 weeks use out of a set of blades.

I use the Fusion 5 blade for men. I do NOT however share that razor with my husband, he has his own. I find that it shaves closer than any of the women's razors I have tried in the past(granted I dont buy women's razors and compare them...so I may be wrong here).
And since I shave my legs everyday(dark hair living in Florida), I probably get a 7-10 days on one razor. It also depends on whether or not I use shaving gel/cream or soap. I don't like soap at all, but I have been known to use hair conditioner or lotion
--yes it clogs the razor--but in a pinch you do what you have to. And actually it works better than soap.

Hair-raising, even...
Count me among the Fusion users. And I would know, I shave my head and face (less the goatee) every day. My only gripe is the expense. A 4-Pack lasts me about 2 weeks, although at the expense of my poor scalp I've been stretching it longer recently since I'm broke.
Unfortunately that approach doesn't aways work
I had a beard for a few years but keeping it neat and trim by getting it professioanlly done (the ability self maintain due to cowlicks and the like was beyound me) cos me a lot more than the razor blades.
But then there is something about having it done properly by a barber using a cut throat razor.
Hmm, a lot of Fusion users here. I may have to give it a try someday. I forgot to mention earlier that I do have a Schick Quatro that I used to use occasionally. I actually find that it clogs up with hair much, much worse than the Mach 3. Partly it's that the blades are too close together, partly its because the design doesn't let water flow through from behind easily.
That Remington electric razor actually looks kind of appealing. I have a Norelco with the three circular blades and I'm not happy with it. I've often wondered if this other kind is any better.
Oh, and the back hair trimmer that was mentioned earlier - all I can say is I wish I'd invented it. If it weren't 40 bucks I'd be all over it.
