Just for fun.
1. Deep Space Nine
I LOVE ds9, great setting being on a space station with numerous interesting locations within, a great story which dominates most of the 7 seasons in the Dominion war.
Characters? They are all great. Captain Sisko is a total bad ass, as is his second Kira Nerys. Odo the chief of security who knows when to bend the rules, Chief O'Brian who shows he was wasted in TNG, Quark the dastardly ferengi who secretly has a heart of gold, Worf who actually wins fights here! And who can forget Garak! And even recurring characters such as Brunt, Weyoun and so many more.
Even the "bad episodes" are watchable due to character interplay.
2. The Next Generation
Overall I rank this a bit behind DS9 because I think at times the characters can come off a bit bland and robotic. But what makes this show great is Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner.
It has some of the best episodes in all of TREK in my opinion and Stewart gives some simply unforgettable speeches. I'm of the opinion that this show got better as it went along.
3.enterprise
I think this will be controversial but it's just my opinion. I really think this show got its legs cut from under it just as it was hitting its stride which is sad. But the Xindi ark was fantastic and it has a lot of very watchable episodes. Some of the characters on this show were underdeveloped but none were unlikeable imo and showed they had the chops when given the chance.
4. Voyager
To me this was a dissapointing show in many ways. I found they played it safe with this one and to me it does feel like "TNG LITE". There are some great characters here like The Doctor, Tom Paris and Tuvok, and Naomi Wildman is played really well. I think they wasted a chance to have Chakotay be a really compelling character, and in my opinion it became too revolved around 7 of 9.
I think they should have got Voyager home earlier in the series and dealt with the aftermath of that, too many late season episodes were just time wasters.
Still there's plenty to like about Voyager, and it's worth a rematch now and then.
5. TOS
I KNOW this will be controversial, but it's my list, and I was born too late to really appreciate TOS. it's a bit slow for me although there are a few episodes I do really enjoy. Oddly enough the TOS movies are my favourites, particularly Star Trek 4 which is so much fun.
I didn't rank Discovery as its not finished its run but so far id rank it around level with Voyager
