Twice now I've gone to the supermarket to buy some food ... and forgot to get a packet of Mentos. Should put it on list for next time.
I suppose it's each to their own. I think she's attractive.
How do people buy tickets for assigned seating movie theaters and have no idea it's assigned seating? Saw this elderly couple get told twice they were sitting in someone else's seats and they moved both times. But when it happened a third time the man lost his mind and started yelling and screaming, so the people just left them there and sat elsewhere. Fortunately, those seats weren't taken.
Did they have their physical tickets? One would think that they could just look at their tickets or at least get the hint after the third time. Sounds more like entitlement than misunderstanding.
It's been a while so I think it's time to mention it. I was going to go on a Cruise in September but I had to cancel because my father suffered a stroke that has landed him first in the hospital and now in a care center. He is having issues being conversational, has lapses in memory and has to relearn how to eat. I have been taking care of my mother for the last few weeks (I go home on Friday and my brother will come up and take over for a few weeks) because she is disabled. I really hope he recovers, even if it may not be 100%.
I don't understand the backlash of a logo, it's so dumb

I'm in one of the five states without a CB franchise, so I'm not really affected.

Agreed. However, I couldn't care less about the logo. I just wish they weren't replacing their interior design from cozy and kitschy to something resembling a nursing home cafeteria.
I wish people would put as much energy and thought into helping the poor as they do the design and decor of some stupid restaurant.
People put incredible amounts of energy, time, and money into helping the poor. But the realities of life get in the way. Look at what happened to Operation: Restore Hope.
Restaurant decor seems trivial... but it's an objective that can be easily accomplished.
It would also help if the food didn't suck.
OMG this sounds really terrible.... Glad we don't have them here. But we do have a brand of cheese called Cracker Barrel
I'm cooking a (hopefully) healthy vegetable soup tomorrow.
