I originally thought "Cerritos" was a chip company, and only later found out about Star Trek Lower Decks.

I thought Cerritos was Spanish for "cherries".

Re CB, they seem comparable to Denny's or IHOP, so if you don't have one, no big deal. Southern style artery clogging comfort food is easy to find.

I think they're separate, at least here, anyway. Cracker Barrel cheese was a Kraft brand for many years. I just looked it up, and it looks like they recently sold the brand to Lactalis.

Kraft apparently sued the restaurant chain at one time for trademark infringement!

I used to be soooo jealous of the Americans’ large US$800 de minimis, when ours was a paltry C$40.

As of today, the American de minimis is apparently just… gone. Effectively $0.

I guess in comparison, $40 isn’t so bad after all. (Although I still think it should be higher. What can you really buy for $40 anymore?)
