Random Thoughts...or...What's on Your Mind?

I'm just sitting here thinking.........
So tired.
A boy in my year group at college in my year (16-17 year olds) passed away from a road accident and we just all found out today. I didn’t know him, but I know people that did, so it’s not like I’m mourning him it’s some weird feeling and I don’t know how to put it into words. It just… feels wrong?? (not putting this in mental health because I don’t think it should be there, since this is just like what’s on my mind… and is more random)
Feeling sleepy. Might have a power nap later.
Sometimes thats all we can really feel.
That's perfectly normal. Something similar happened my senior year of high school. Yeah. It just feels wrong. *HUGS*
One of the older teenagers who lives next door came over this morning and said that his mother is moving out with the rest of the family, leaving him behind for a month and cutting off the wi-fi, and he wanted to know if he could use ours. We don't really know him that well, and there have been a lot of issues with his family, the cops have been over there repeatedly, they're constantly leaving crap in our yard, and throwing boos bottles and other things over the wall, and one of his brothers and his friends were randomly hanging out in front of our house and in our drive way, and according to one of the other neighbors they were also stomping on our barrel cactus. So yeah, as you can probably guess, that was a definite no.
We also learned our lesson about getting involved with other families we barely know when we let another neighbor's daughter stay in our empty bedroom for a few weeks and found ourselves getting dragged into all of their family drama.

I like how my hotel is a block away from a Lou Malnati’s.
So even though it’ll take an hour for me to get a table, I can wait it out in my room and not have to just stand around like an idiot.

I ate a slice of COLD PIZZA yesrerday. Probably fhe most daring thing I’ve ever done.

I think trying to be nice to the administrators here for the upgrade has been genuine because I really do like this upgrade. If nothing else, having more emoticons for likes was a standard on basically all the other forums I visited so to have it here is a real plus. I also like that we have the "Threads you have posted in" list, which means I can stop using the "favorite threads" feature. I just think this upgrade for the most part was incredibly smooth and I'm impressed at the back and forth looking for those small things. EricF should be proud of how this whole thing went down.
Probably one of the smoother updates I've seen.
Anyone else find the ads much more visually distracting on the new page?
Yeah, they are pretty large. Hopefully that gets rectified.
The giant storm that was coming seems to have fizzled out. I was hoping for more rain.
