Covid killed that idea---too many "high touch" items. I think you can get single serve containers of any flavor but you have to ask the waitstaff for it.
There's more than one syrup?
Blueberry, strawberry, butter pecan, and old fashioned maple.
I meant at restaurants. I haven't been to a breakfast place in a long time but I remember jams and maple syrup.
Maple syrup is gross.
It depends on the maple syrup. I usually don't like most restaurants ones, so I don't pay attention to it at all. I have jam, usually raspberry, on my pancakes at home, or on the rare occasion I eat out for breakfast at a sit down restaurant.
I love real natural maple syrup.
Honey is best syrup
I buy Vons Signature brand imitation maple syrup because the real thing is damned expensive. It tastes the same to me.
My hate of maple flavor is due to a traumatic childhood incident. I can't even stand the smell.
Those ARE the flavors at the restaurant. IHOP has different syrups--they used to keep them on the tables but after COVID, you have to ask for them .
Ah, thank you. Yeah, my lack of recent experience at a breakfast restaurant is showing.
