Random Thoughts...or...What's on Your Mind?

No, it means going from one subway car to another while the train is moving (i.e. in between stations).

And yeah, I have seen people do that. Mostly panhandlers.
Are you not supposed to do that? I've never ridden on a train or subway. The only vehicles I've ridden on/in are cars, bicycles, and planes. I'm not really sure if they'd count as a vehicle, but I also took a handful of horseback riding lessons as kid, and I'm hoping to do it again sometime.

When I really think about it after Seven-of-nine, and a distant second Deanna Troi, I don't think there's another character in Star Trek who I find hot.

The Ferengi's know what's good.

Ro Laren's cute, but, eh! She's a Bjoran.
Migleemo or Adreek-Hu for me.
I have a suspicion that the former is pretty freaky in the bedroom uvu

Light-colored cars that then have all their badging ‘blacked out’, a la ‘Stealth’ mode… WTH? Are you embarrassed that you’re driving a tan Camry or something similar?

Cheers,
-CM-

I haven't read the story but I saw a headline about how Stephen Spielberg has never been stoned, but still enjoys Seth Rogen's movies, and I'm the same way. I've never been stoned in my life, but I really enjoy stoner comedies, it might be partly due to the fact that at times I think my natural state might be pretty close to what most people are like stoned.

My memory deteriorate, and i'm terrified of Alzheimers....
I just got 120 capsules of Lions Mane ,
and starting today i'm going to perform memory tests every day for two months while taking these capsules.
if anything i at least get to do a little study.

The memory tests alone are probably going to yield a small effect regardless of the mushroom
as i will basically send my brain into a daily training i guess.

Does anyone here have any experience with Lions Main and how it (if anything) effected the memory?

10 days now with memory tests and Lions Mane, nothing extraordinary to report.
I'm doing a series of 35 visual puzzles/problems to solve each day and i still don't
remember more than how the first one looks before i start. But i do the whole series much quicker of course
as i remember more and more of what i did the last time when i look at them, but that's to be expected.
Also i don't really expect any real result before 4 to 6 weeks, if this works.

i'll be back...

No experience with Lion's Mane, but I have a close family member with ALZ; hopefully you don't get that diagnosed (it is difficult and scary). My family member who has it keeps up a healthy diet and a moderate amount of daily aerobic exercise, in addition to some of the brain and memory strengthening exercises that you mention. Honestly, the aerobic exercise and diet (no smoking, no alcohol, no refined carbs, etc.) are probably the biggest help, at least in his case.

Anyway, good luck to you and hope for the best outcome...

thank you @cosmic mouse , i must clarify to all, i am not diagnosed with ALZ, im just very afraid of it
because of my terrible memory.... you have excellent advice, i stopped drinking and also quit smoking around
five years ago. If your family member manage to keep it on an arms length because of a healthy lifestyle
then that's very encouraging
Thank you again and i wish the best to you and your family member also:)
