Oh I was sure they had some. Who don't have bacon in their world? I just ain't never seen none of it on no pizza ... Which is where it should be
The voiceover guy from the Dupixent ad needs a serious beating. Why the fuck are ads like this even legal, anyway?
all your medical ads give me the creeps, but then i live in the socialist, goddamn commie german system (invented by the goddamn commie otto bismarck)
I've had an upset stomach and no appetite for several days. Could this be COVID? It looks like those are "uncommon" symptoms *and* I've been vaccinated and had a booster *but* I've also been around my anti-mask "COVID is a lie" parents. Oy. Now my anxiety is up.
simple question: how are your antivaxxer parents? if they feel well you most likely just got a cold. i would probably not ask them 'got any covid symptoms?'but be more diplomatic about it. i know a couple of vaxed persons who got it and had no real problems; among them a 82 year old male and his 77 yo girlfriend (both not yet boostered - he had no appetite for a week but that's it). the only unvaxed person i know who got it has still problems. a 55 yo woman who had just one shot the week before she got it is out of quarantene. get yourself some chocolate and a quicktest, commander - that's an order, btw
LOL! No. I thought it was that when I first started feeling ooky Sunday. My parents were fine when they took me for surgery follow-up yesterday. However, my husband was ordered home today while they sterilize his office, so he may have been exposed there and brought it home. Or he brought home one of the 652 other things people in his office have been sick with. Quick tests are getting tough to come by here. I just spent time researching and managed to get some, but (and this is the quickest I can get one!) it won't be delivered until next Thursday. Oh well, no place to go anyway...
I've always thought it a bit weird that prescription medications are advertised to the lay public. The way I see it, my doctor doesn't tell me how to do my job and I don't tell him what drugs I think I need.
Don't Panic! I often have, oh shit!, moments, everything seems to be pointing to a breakthrough case, but then returns to normal.
Yikes, hopefully it's one of those other things. Had another funny moment on my bike ride today. So I was over by the stables, and this big, fancy black pick-up pulls up, and I go past it as the driver's door opens, and I expect to see a big, macho cowboy type get out, but instead I see a very small, very feminine foot in an English riding boot stick out of the open door. It was actually a young, petite blond woman I've seen riding there English style quite a bit. It was just the fact that she was the exact opposite of the type of person I expected to see in almost every possible way. It always amazed me when I was in high school, because I'd see a lot more girls with the big fancy pick ups than guys. You'd walk by them and they'd have pink fuzzy steering wheel covers, and be filled with plush animals.
