Ramen add ins

Outside any train station, and on more than a few platforms in the larger ones, are some of the best places for ramen in Japan. In Korea, a large number of taxis parked outside or nearby is a good indicator of fine and tasty ramen.
What about in New Jersey? ;)

Any variation of the following:

Peas
Carrots
Eggs
Green onions
Cabbage
Spam
Sliced pork
Shrimp
Bacon
Chicken pieces
Ham
Eggplant
Daikon
Tofu
Fish
Leeks
Kale
Mustard greens

Etc..... whatever I feel like putting in at the time.

I don’t use the seasoning packet due to the fact I’m allergic to the contents. So, I use some kind of organic broth instead.

I haven't really had ramen in yeara but lately ive been craving it. The other day i made a pot that turned out to be amazing. My mom brother was over so i made a lot. 3 packs of noodles, one pack of seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, thin strips of meat (ok i used steakums) mushrooms, bean sprouts, and spinach. It waa was seriously so friggen good. After we ate the noodles that were left in the pot had soaked up the rest of the broth and i had it for lunch the next day. Seriously it was amazing
