Radio play of TNG Second Chances

Hi. Yesterday I was listening to a sci-fi old time radio station on Tune In. They played a radio version of the episode Second Chances, where actual audio from the episode was used, and a narrator (sounding like a Picard knockoff) painted the picture. The episode was cut down to probably 30 minutes or less. Has anyone heard of this? Was this a one-off, or are there more episodes that were converted for radio?

I haven't heard audio episodes like this but these versions would be cool for people with problems with their eyes or even for the blind.

Yes, agreed! The next day I heard a second episode performed the same way. I have done quite a bit of searching, I can't find anything out about this.

I used to have an audio cassette of the episode Where no one has gone before... in German.
