Thanks for tracking that screenshot down Hammerhead. It's an obscure LCARS graphic but it's a solid bit of data, good work sir!
Though, since Geordi is talking about their current theory that the Borg have established several transwarp conduits throughout subspace, and how the mechanics of such a conduit might work, one could argue that the Geordi is just showing them his general theoretical model.
Buuut... It could also be argued that the question being posed in this scene is whether or not they can, or should, deliberatedly enter the conduit they're holding station in front of and where that conduit may lead them.
In the light, and given that the perspective of the graphic is from the near side and says "Extrapolated Termination" on the far side; that graphic could just be representing Geordi's guess about where this particuliar Borg hidey-hole might lead before they jump head-first into it. Of course Data and Crosis' escape forces the issue and the Ent discovers that the conduit in question really only terminates 65lys away.
That's one geeky kid's perception of how the scene could be taken anyway.
