Q Who overshadowed by BOBW?

They are both great episodes in their ways. The Borg are nicely portrayed in BOBW and Q Who, but I definitely believe they were scarier in Q Who. Of course, Battle of Wolf 359 counts...The Borg won a dramatic battle.
Regarding the Queen, she really is a true villain. You know, at times she scaries me and makes me think: what if such a...thing...really existed?!

Geordi's visor tech could come in handy too. Assimilating the Federation would be quite beneficial to the Borg, all around
