This place is like a mensa meeting compared to whats been happening on the official PS3 forums.
Kind of makes me proud in a way.![]()
Sony may be busy flipping the PlayStation Network switch back to the "on" position around the globe, but one locale where it won't be doing so just yet is its homeland of Japan. The Dow Jones newshounds report that the Japanese government refuses to allow Sony to reactivate its ailing network until satisfaction is reached on a couple of outstanding issues.

I am starting to feel a little more like the crazy people on the PS3 forums, coming up to 16 hours with no PSN reset E-mail and I tried to re-do it via my console but server error which is being reported widespread over the net. Also the PSN website keeps going up and down, Sony's P.R really couldn't get anyworse unless it turns out the new firmware bricks your ps3
I don't understand why everyone just couldn't change the password via the console.
^ That's weird, I got e-mails for both of my accounts (US and UK) in less than a minute. Have you tried submitting a request again?
I suggest you try again... it's possible your request never went through.I keep checking my inbox and junk filter so far nothing and now 24 hours have passed![]()
