God, he was sooooo HUGE when I was in high school. I played my Purple Rain cassette (Google it, youngsters) until it simply wore out.

Prince was a good soul, not your typical rockstar type. I'll always associate him with my teenage years in the 80's and Purple Rain.
I suspect Alec Peters did it in an attempt to throw attention off the legal case
Well, this sucks.
RIP to one of the most influential musicians of the 80s. Can't believe he was so young. Loved his halftime performance at the Super Bowl.
