Preferred animation style for new TAS

The way I understand it, the one that'll be on CBS All Access will be more in the adult animation genre. In that case, I kind of feel that just basic traditional animation is fine. Just really based on the idea that most adult animation shows I'm aware of follow that method, aside from Archer.

Now, the one on Nickelodeon I'm assuming will be directed at kids, like younger than age 10. So, I think whatever will get their attention. Seems like 3D is a good bet.

It'll probably either be done in an anime style or the CalArt start, considering they are the current animation styles in fashion. Of course ugly CGI animation is also possible. Any of the three would be the cheapest to make.

I like 3D animation or cell-shaded 3D for the Nickelodeon Series but I don't think I'm the one who should be asked. It's for a different generation. It depends on what my niece would like better. Probably straight-up 3D animation if I had to guess.

Nick Trek is confirmed to be CGI. No idea about Lower Decks or the Animated Short Trek.

Didn't even see this before I typed. So there we are!

Switching gears, I think Animated Short Treks should go for a variety of styles, depending on the story. Like how Animatrix approached it; which is probably where they got the idea to do this from.
