Power Girl's son

I'm not saying that "Our Worlds at War" never happened, but has Lena even been mentioned since, oh, about 2003/2004? Especially seeing as how Luthor has been featured in Action Comics, if she hasn't been mentioned for 6-7 years, then, yeah, I'd say she's been retconned.

Well, TVTropes itself says she was Put On A Bus, which is the main category that the Chuck Cunningham Syndrome is under, so yeah, she's gone, but someone could bring her back. Honestly, seeing as how he saw her more as a tool to get what he wanted, even going as far as giving her up to Brainiac 13 in exchange for the B13 technology, which he used, in part to get elected president, it's not too much of a stretch to assume he gave her away when she became more trouble than she's worth.

If she were to show up again, I would assume Cornell would work her into his Action Comics arc with Luthor, though seeing as how that's only got a few months left, I wouldn't hold my breath.

While the potential for stories exist, I think Lena, like PeeGee's son, is too much trouble to bring back and explain where they went to do so without a really good story backing it up. Cornell, in my opinion, is a good enough writer to do it, though.

I think it would be absolutely fascinating to have Cornell write Lena. Luthor is forced to confront the daughter he never really got a chance to raise or love. Part of what Cornell is exploring I think is...is Luthor even capable of love? We know he loves material things. He desires things i.e. Lois, his search for the Black Lantern rings. But is he capable of love?

Also EJA...sorry to say this but I highly doubt that Equinox will be making an appearance. Pretty sure that Karen's Atlantian past has been retconned out of her history now. "Infinite Crisis" I would assume once the Superboy reality punch happened immediately triggered reality altering scenarios. I mentioned in the Wonder Woman/Batman thread the small changes to Bruce (Joe Chill) I assume that once Karen was revealed as Supergirl of Earth-2 her previous history was wiped out.

Well, Geoff did leave a pretty big opening for just about any of Kara's post-CoiE to IC history being legitimate in having Arion in JSA admit he helped play a part in convincing Kara that her Atlantean history was true. Meaning, all someone has to do is have it be said that Arion manipulated things to create a baby for Kara to further cement the fake history.

Whatever happened to that new Edition of Who's Who that DC was supposed to be putting out? That might actually answer some of these "what happened to" questions.

The new "Who's Who" is still coming out. There was never a definitive release date for it. Robert Greenberger who wrote the Essential Encyclopedias posted on his facebook page a few months ago that he finished a few dozen pages for the first issue but had no idea when he was going to be able to concentrate on the rest of them. So it's coming. I would hazard a guess that the first issue could be out next year, maybe summer time.
