*Potential Spoilers* What will the Alternate Enterprise-A look like

It really makes no sense for there to be a new Enterprise at the end of the movie. The ship only just got destroyed, there wouldn't be a new one ready so soon. Even the Enterprise A was several months after the 1701 was destroyed.

Unless they do another one year jump at the end of the movie like they did in STID

Thing is, the one year jump in STID wasn't even scripted. It was inserted very late in the post-production stage, Chris Pine even had to be called into a studio to record the line for it to be inserted something like a month or so prior to the movie's release.

Personally I would be pizzed if they don't get a new Enterprise at end. A sister ship of jj prise BUT updated w red buzzards and nacelles looking more normal. Also get rid of the SW star destroyer interior look too......
Are you sure you don't mean the Rebel Blockade Runner/Corellian Corvette (see middle, below) rather than the Star Destroyer (top)? The Blockade Runner had white walls and a gray floor that more closely resemble the white walls/glossy black floor color scheme of the JJPrise. But even then, that's about where the similarities end, because the shape and structure of the corridors is completely different.

Great pics n call! Haven't watched SW on a while so mixed up but JJ prize has tgat SW feel to it

I like thered floors in main bridge area but not sure entire ship could pull that off

Just googled "TOS enterprise corridor screenshot". Pretty much all Trek ship sets had light walls and dark floor. Looking at the JJ-prise, I'd say the specific resemblance is close to 2001 A Space Odyssey.

Spotted something in the new HP Machine ad this morning and after King Daniel Beyond did a comparison (massive thanks for that!) he brought something to my attention I didn't notice. So now I'm beginning to wonder....

.....with the schematic that was sneaked into the ad and that 'warp effect' shot where the Enterprise is clearly different - did they sneakily give us the new ship?

Interesting... If it is the new ship, I'm not crazy about it. They made the nacelles smaller, and even closer together.

Seems a bit of an odd one, so I've tried to line it up with the warp shot and edit posted by ricardocube and now I'm even more confused whether it's a possible A, just an unfinished/early graphic from production or if the (soon to be deceased) Enterprise has had a more extensive refit than just it's nacelles swept back :/

Very interesting.. I think if the nacelles have been shrunk as the graphics suggest, the pic in the warp bubble is probably the NCC 1701 in LinPrise form. No bloody A. I'm now doubting we will see an A in this movie.

That's the regular JJprise how it appears at the start of Beyond. You can see the swept back nacelles all over the second Trailer. I made my own 3D print of it - it looks way nicer this way imho.

Yep, definitely better, I think. I liked the large nacelles though, so I'm disappointed that they shrunk them, and make them closer together. But, looking at the pick, that might be an underneath perspective view, making them look smaller.

Dac, that is awesome! I'd never be able to do mine that small. Did you say you were using dissolvable support material? I need to finish mine some time.

It looks kinda like a quick mashup of the JJprise with the Enterprise-E.

Nah, I just use regular support material, Z-Ultrat same as the rest of it. The Zortrax really does print like a dream, and as for size, I've always like The micro machines and it only prints in an hour and a half at that scale.
