So now that you've seen the film, what do you think of the trailers when you see them now.
Do you think the film delivered on what you saw in the trailer?
Do you think you saw a different film than you expected?
Do you think the film is better/worse than what the trailer let you to believe it would be?
Since I'm just asking for general impressions, I don't really see the need for spoilers..But if you must spoil..I'm sure a lot of people have seen the film at least once by now..
I think the trailers make the film look like an action flick with lots of space battles. I personally felt we got something more... Something else.
I think the pace of the film is quick, but the trailer is relentless enough for the film to seem majestic by comparison.
I don't think the film is nearly as dark as the trailer suggests. There seem to be a great deal of warm harted moments and subtler humour than we are used to.
I also feel that the trailers were aimed at people half my age. I don't think I saw "that" kind of film.
The trailer defines the characters in very broad stokes, while the film fills in the details and that winds up as part of the story we eventually got.
Anyway..
Feel free to take the ball..
