Why's everyone so down on the original colors? Thought they looked great, the logo move looks better though.
I like the designs except I think I would suggest moving the arrowhead to the shoulder and using it as a shoulder patch. I think it looks better there.

Oddly enough, these aren't very far off from what was originally proposed, prior to Bill Theiss being brought on board.
Here's what the folks at Western Costumes (the same folks who dreamed up the costumes for "Tom Corbett") thought would be a good look for Spock (from startrekhistory.com)...
