Other: Monster Maroon. 
NuTrek - like TOS but with two layers, a pin badge, more texture and proper full-length pants.
Love the First Contact uniforms. They're the only ones I'd really like to actually wear.

NuTrek versions of the TOS uniforms. They seem to be more like "real" clothes rather than costumes. They also have the most uniform choices like a real military/exploratory force should/would.

TNG movies/DS9 uniforms. Comes in 2nd because the "maroon" of command seems too "purple" to me.

The often despised TMP uniforms really had the most uniform choices.

I really like the ENT uniforms, so they are my number 1. The voyager and DS9 uniforms are a close call for me, and i still can't decide. TNG ranks fourth and TOS (Star Trek last. I can't get over that pyjama uniform from kirk 
I voted DS9/VOY though jeezus Kirk is hot in that green wrap around, I almost voted TOS just because of that gif 
Loathe though I am to admit it because of my feelings about the series otherwise, I voted for the Voyager uniforms - nice bright department colors that are prominent enough to see easily but not so much of them that it overwhelms the idea that these are supposed to be uniforms. Best insignia pins, too.
EDIT: I missed that you wanted a comment about which group looks best, too. For me, it is the TOS group, but I think that's mostly the color processing of the film.

There's something about the later TNG uniforms that I've always found rather classy (they definitely made Deanna look a lot better), but I also like the more muted and toned-down TNG-Movie ones as well (especially when they were used on DS9).
What I'd really have liked to see was the TNG command crew continue for all of Generations in those old naval uniforms they were wearing for Worf's promotion ceremony. 
Put me down for the JJ Uniforms too. Bright, modern, and practical. They look like workout clothes had babies with the classic TOS uniforms. I also really like the academy and service dress uniforms.
If I had to vote for an option in the poll though, it would be the TNG ones. They're rather dashing. (Nostalgia goggles to maximum!)
The DS9/VOY unis look more "down to earth", I guess, but the fake turtleneck is a minus point. They're good, but not great.
The TNG Movie uniforms are terrible, they're these wretched black potato sacks where the human form goes to die.

As much as I love the TNG film/DS9 uniforms, I always imagine how warm it must be under there. The fabric looks heavy, and they're wearing a thick undershirt under a thick sweater (and if Sisko is sometimes believed, a thick vest between the two!). If the fabric were thinner like the earlier DS9/VOY uniforms, I'd probably go for it.
I do love me some TOS, but I think the Abrams uniforms improved upon them. They're more than just cloth, and I like the boots. My only complaint? I miss how to bottom of the pant legs hang over the boots, rather than tucked in like NuTrek or draped down to the bottom of the boot like TNG/DS9/VOY. Of course, I recognize that such a fashion is dated, but I think that's part of the charm.
Also, I always thought Picard's coat variant uniform was criminally underused.

I voted TNG movies/Later DS9 Seasons as well. I like the fact that it's got layers and (at least for men) not a full jumpsuit.

From that list, I like the TNG movie/Later DS9 uniforms the best, but I probably like the TWOK-TUC uniforms the best, over all, probably for nostalgia.
I also think the dress whites from Nemesis, and the dress white/gray uniforms Kirk and Pike wore in STID (looked very reminiscent to Kirk's TMP admiral uniform). The dress maroon uniform shirts from ST 2009 would have looked better with black pants and a maroon stripe, like the Twok uniforms, but weren't bad at all. The Dress grays looked sharp, but when the saucer cap is added, it looks a little too much like Nazi uniforms, for me. As for a standard ship's uniform, I like the one worn by the Kelvin Crew (IE Captain Robau).
TOS uniforms: are just too, eh, bright and un-uniform looking to me to take them seriously. But there definitely is something to be said for the mini skirts, and I do like and the captain's green shirt, too. The Star Trek 2009 uniforms were an interesting spin on the traditional TOS uniform, that made what basically was the same uniform look 10 times better.
TNG Uniforms: couldn't stand the unitard from season 1, but by about season 3 when everyone was on the 2 piece version, they weren't so bad. The only real issue was the midriff heartbeat shaped stripe at the waist looks too trendy. Had it been a solid straight line, it would have looked better to me. I agree this is the uniform that Troi should have worn all along, and really, I think she looked the best in it, because she looked professional (have to thank Jelico for that!).
DS9/VOY Uniforms: I thought these were actually an upgrade to the TNG uniforms. Look far more practical, but the only thing I disliked was the turtle neck, itself. If it had been more like the later TNG film uniform (still could have been gray), I think it would have looked better.
Enterprise uniform: I know they were going for a naval submarine look, that also payed tribute to the flight suits worn by Cochrain, Riker, and La Forge in FC, but it just somehow didn't work for me. It looks too much like a mechanic's jumpsuit from Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, or something.

My personal favorites would be the new movie uniforms. I love the blending of TOS style with more modern materials.
But, since we're going off of the poll, it would have to be the DS9/TNG movie uniforms. Sleek, mostly black and grey, with a splash of color that differentiates nicely. Also, like urbandefault, I have a soft spot for the maroon TOS movie uniforms. I liked them far, far better than the pajama styles of TMP.
