^Thanks. I rather like them.I am already excited for the next one (though it's going to take me ages to save up enough money). I want to create a half-sleeve, using the same blues, teals, and blacks as are in the star, that will cover my left arm from the crook of the elbow to the shoulder, tying together all the tats on that arm into one cohesive piece that matches the star. I made a painting a couple years ago inspired by bubble chamber images and fractal mathematics, and I showed it to the artist who did this tat. He was really enthusiastic about my idea, so much so that he told me to just go ahead and bring the picture and other inspiration in so we can start planning, even though I won't be able to do it for several months. Can't wait!

Mom's garden is starting to show signs of life:
Yay, because I'm sick of winter.
Everything but the kitchen sink...oh, wait.
That's Mom's old kitchen sink. She's going to use it as a veggie washing station in her garden.
The reason the sink is in the garden- Mom and Dad are re-doing their kitchen. It's almost done- just waiting for the counters and new sink and microwave to be installed.

Took the boys hiking yesterday. You'd think that a 3 mile near-running pace up and down a mountain would tire out a 4 year old and he'd fall asleep on the way home. Nooooooo, of course not! 
In fact, he kept going full strength the rest of the day! In the end, I was the one that needed a nap!

B.J.'s pictures remind me a lot of my part of Virginia. There are so many places in this area that look exactly like that....no exaggeration.
A little bit of rain and a tough place to make a turn and this is what you get. Looks like everyone was okay.
Well moving day is here and our whole world is contained in these two trucks. Soon we'll make the journey upto Syracuse and leave all this behind. It's a very exciting and daunting future infront of us. We all need a little change once in a while.
Good luck on the move. You're bound to see a slight change in the weather. I'll be passing by Syracuse tomorrow on my way to Cooperstown.

^Thanks! To me, the contrast between the brown and the gray looks weird. In real life, it blends more. Oh well.
