In high school I had a 8 track recorder machine with mics I used it to do biofeedback or what I knew about biofeedback and put it in a loop of my heart beat first while I was asleep then to listen to it to go to sleep.. but the tape alignment was off being looped forever and All the 8 tracks bleed through to the next track.. and didn't work right..
