Perhaps my comment with the picture of the cast of The Day Today I posted sounded like I was there which I wasn't so just wanted to clarify that. They're all British comedians and I've never met any of them but I love the photo because it was the first time they had got together in 25 years.
Adam and Eve were looking around Eden for the first time when they came across someone else. They asked God who that was, and God responded, "Oh, that's Keith Richards. He was already here when I got here."

Yeah, That's one of my pet peeves about Trek. They keep doing such experiments right next to the warp core. Surely they had an appropriate lab elsewhere on that deck...
And when I ended caffeine 2 years ago at the end of november 2 years ago --- that december was not just a painful month of headaches and migraines but also no motivation to get out of bed 2 years later I do get out of bed and do things that seem interesting to me when I am waking up -- I will check email and fb comments on my posts from the nite before or come here (trekbbs) for the latest comments and news things --- I don't get up and watch tv ... mmm it has been a long time since that ever happened like 20 years or more ... but the internet makes me look -- not really a reason to get up but something to do that is kind of interesting (I guess)

Reading your text, a TV news segment was running a clip from the Pentagon press room. Out of my peripheral vision, some wood panelling topped by the Pentagon logo looked like a tall cuppa joe.

A pretty good movie, The Final Option (1982) or Who Dares Wins.Super Army Soldiers.
The sequence of SAS soldiers storming the ambassador's residence at the end of the movie was filmed with real-life SAS soldiers instead of stuntmen.
