Calyx, Freecloud (not sure which world orbiting which of Alpha Doradus' two stars, both of which seem unlikely to have M-class worlds without intervention), Vashti, Daimanta, Fenris, Vergessen, Beta Annar(?), Nepenthe, Aia, Coppelius/Ghulion IV.
Technically, "Beta Annari" might be a species name rather than a location. That is, this is the likelier interpretation if we accept that the guy looks like the Annari from planet Annari in the Delta Quadrant, but actually comes from Beta Quadrant instead, and thus probably not from any place named Annari at all.
There might be a story to that, the folks from Annari somehow spreading to the Beta Quadrant - colonization, desperate flight, weird stranding, divine intervention. What I wonder more is the real story of how they decided to give the character Annari makeup, and whether they realized the implications before or after the actor was covered in said...
No doubt. But the division to Delta and Beta Annari would still be odd - why would it exist? That is, why would the Annari believe in Quadrants; why would those from Beta be distinct from the UFP point of view; and how could they be in contact with the distant UFP even from the Beta side of that border?
Was one of Starfleet's projects between 2385 and 2399 some variation on Beyer's "Full Circle" mission to set up infrastructure connecting New Talax, Annari, etc. to the Alpha-Beta worlds?
I'm sure that Talaxians and Annari would have their own ideas about galactic astrogation, too...and those would be interesting to read about.
