I disagree. I think if you bring Data back it would undermine his death and also it's not really fitting with the mood of the show were things like death and the passage of time is treated with realism like we experience them in real life. I think at most we might get a kind of automated message or we will see one of his memories recovered, kind of like find a recording of someone you loved and has died only for it to bring the pain back or maybe even be something that makes Picard happy to hear his friends voice again or for the girl to sort of meet her dad even if only for a short moment.

At the end, when he got up off the couch, his entire presence changed.Stewart did look rather elderly in this. I don’t know if that was him or acting since he’s supposed to be 12 years older than his actual age.
I don't think Picard talks in cliché. Except with his catchphrases, Make it so and Engage.

Poor B4, he just blew a fuse and died with all of Data's stuff inside him.

Um, he literally said, "Don't give up your day job."
Agreed.
I even have a thought as to why Spock was not mentioned. Since the Abramsverse happens in an alternate reality/timeline, the Ambassador Spock that arrived there could very well be a DIFFERENT Spock than our universe Spock. A lot of things happened the same for both universes, but subtle things may be different. Might also explain why the supernova was explained in a simpler way here.

Yes but he’s making a point that the events told in this don’t match up with what Spock says in ‘09 making people think that it might be a different Spock. I did find it odd that they didn’t mention him.Huh? You are incorrect. The Abramsverse was the prime timeline until Nero went back in time and altered the prime timeline, and the Abrams movies were a result of that. The Spock that arrived there was the Spock from the prime timeline (the same exact Spock you saw in TOS, the TOS movies, and in that TNG episode).
That guy at the end acted more a teen heartthrob at the end than a Romulan. Very strange to see a Romulan act like that.
