Personal predictions of what is to come (True Blood)

Joe Washington

Fleet Captain
Fleet Captain
Season 3: Bill and Sookie break up by the end of the season.

Season 4: Bill and Sookie deal with the aftermath of their breakup. Eric gets amensia and forms a close bond with Sookie. Sookie falls for amensiac Eric but when Eric regains his memories, he doesn't have any recollection of his time with Sookie. Sookie tries to get over what feelings amensiac Eric brought out of her.

Season 5: Eric remembers what happened between him and Sookie when he lost his memory and goes to great lenghts to convince Sookie there's still a part of the other Eric in him and they are destined to be together.

Now Season 5 will end one of two ways:

A: Sookie and Eric become an item.

OR

B: Bill and Sookie get back together after resolving most of the issues that broke them up in the first place. Their relationship is stronger than before.

If the series goes past Season 5, we would see further progression of the Sookie-Eric relationship or the Bill-Sookie relationship as it goes through the typical series of dangers and conflicts in the supernatural world.

Judging by the second season - loads and loads of insanity.
When's the third season supposed to start?

Honestly, the second half of the second season was such a mess I almost don't care. I would have loved to see Godric as a recurring character, but with that ship sailed I just hope we get a few older vampires in the mix, and some antagonists that are actually interesting. If nothing else, I vote for a ban on magical orgies for at least 2 seasons.

I think we'll see an attraction develop between Sookie and Alcide in Season 3 and maybe they do get involved after Bill and Sookie's breakup. But I think Eric's amensiac situation or something else would get in the way of them having a lasting relationship.

daaamn wish I didnt have to wait for this show on dvd. :scream:

Fortunately, you don't! There's this fancy thing called a book. And it's written by Charlaine Harris. If you go to the library and check one out, you'll know what happens before it hits the air, and way before the dvds come out.
