Patrick Stewart dating a woman 40 years younger....

do you think Picard would have approved, or would he consider it improper or immoral?

:o

You never fail to provide misogynistic content. I want to thank you and congratulate you. Keep up the good work.

Post contains sarcasm.

Sorry, I was too busy smacking my bitch up to spot the sarcasm.. where was it?

And what do you have against women dating men half their age plus seven?

Picard would aver that he believed whatever the writers thought was useful for the story, assuming for an instant that anyone thought this foolishness was an interesting or appropriate premise for a Star Trek story.

I mean, who gives a fuck what a made-up person would supposedly think? Attribute to him whatever opinion charges your battery. It's kind of worthless as a discussion topic.

An actual living human being of Picard's putative temperament and values might well opine that it's no goddamned business of anyone but the participants in the relationship, other than for the purpose of stirring up prurient gossip.

Half your age plus seven.

The route to happiness.

Post proof or retract.

You do know Picard is not a real person, right? There is no way of knowing how 'he' would feel about such a situation.

I find it deeply ironic to even post a question like this.

Picard would not have been judgemental, realised age is just a number, and would have been happy for two consenting adults to have found each other.

Somehow, I can see Picard preaching it to us lesser mortals:

PICARD: The dating market of the future is somewhat different. ...You see, age doesn't really count in the twenty-fourth century.
LILY: That means you do get laid ?
PICARD: The acquisition of, well, erm, you-know-what, is no longer the driving force in our lives. ...We work to better ourselves ...and the rest of humanity. Actually we're rather like yourself and Doctor Cochrane.
