Honestly, I think anyone who would bother to freeze frame and examine a tv spot has already read spoilers and knows who is who.

It's not much of a big reveal in the movie. Certainly not the surprise ending I thought it would be when jealous little twerp Elvis Cawley spoiled it for everyone on his FB friends list.

Man people were and are pissed at him about that stunt. I've talked to a handful that are going to stop watching Phase II over it. He pissed off a lot of folk. I will say it was funny as hell though
Just goes to show you can't keep a secret--no matter how hard you try. Stuff like this is going to happen, especially when you have so many people involved.
The funny thing is that Paramount is trying to remove the spot. No one ever learns. If it's on the Internet even for a second, you can never make it go away.
