original body parts

I've had the ol' snip-snip done, and also have had all my wisdom teeth pulled. Apart from that, I'm more or less intact.

Unless you count hair as a body part. ;)

I had the frenum on my upper lip snipped down

Appendectomy
Tonsillectomy

Teeth removed

I also had parts added...like my veneers.

Good timing on this thread. I had an operation on my foot on Monday where a couple millimeters of my first metatarsal was removed to create more space in the big toe joint where there was a bone on bone issue.

I've also had all 4 wisdom teeth out, as well as a root canal and crown on one of my molars.

And yes, the snippity doo dah at birth also.

Tonsils are gone, and I'm glad they are. I almost never get sick anymore since they were removed.

My wisdom teeth will be removed next year, but I'm currently missing only a small chip from the front of one of my teeth which is visible only as slightly increased translucency.

Technically, the only original parts any of us could have (assuming we're all over 15) are the nerve cells in most of our brain, and the carbon in the enamel of our teeth. ;)

I have added parts. I have a gortex (or is it Dacron?) tube with a bovine valve connecting from my lower right ventricle to my left pulmonary artery and there is a Dacron patch inbedded in the wall between the two ventricles. I also have a St Jude ICD.

I've had four wisdom teeth removed, but that's it. My teeth are fairly weak in general though, and I look forward to a day where I can replace them all.

Had cataracts removed when I was four (born blind), appendix removed, a chunk of elbow area tissue, and all my upper teeth (denture).

And the snippity-snippity-snip-snip.
