Only the good ones, season 7

By far my favorite season.
Pretty much everyone had something I liked but the ones I didn't care too much for:

Season 7 is my favorite season of DS9. Overall, I think it's consistently on a very high level with few exceptions. And it ends with an amazing array of episodes, in my view.
I dropped four episodes in all. I should note there's only one I really think DESERVES to be dropped and that's the rather terrible "The Emperor's New Cloak". It's one of those where all I can say is: What were they thinking?!? I still wish they'd either avoided making this or made it something Quark's dreaming (that would actually have been funny, I think!).
Although they're not bad, I dropped "Prodigal Daughter" and "Field of Fire". I think dropping them makes the season even tighter and removes some fluff.
Finally, I left out "Extreme Measures". I realize that opens up a problem since this episode is where the good guys get their hands of the cure for Odo but I'll go along with that anyway. The episode just so badly hurts the pacing of the final arc as well as being rather silly on several levels (although there's nice moments and interesting aspects) that I think it's worth dropping it anyway.

I must be the only one who actually enjoyed Emperor's New Cloak on its own terms. I found it quite entertaining-Rom/Quark acting out carrying the cloaked cloaking device, Rom's meditation on the nature of the MU, Ezri etc.
