The quest for the ultimate treasure continues (at last!) in 2026...

The new trailer looks fantastic.

I wasn't expecting to like this show, but it does a great job of following the manga. Now, I have to get the LEGOs.

It looks like they’re continuing to do the manga/anime justice. Hopefully the release date won’t be too far into next year.

Should this be moved to Sci-Fi/Fantasy? Surprised to find so little mention/interest in OP anywhere here on the BBS.

It's closer to the manga than the anime.

'2026' is all they've said. Given that they've been coming out with a new episode poster and set of stills for the last few Tuesdays though, I'd lean more towards the start of that year. They're definitely going to have a full trailer out soon.

i think season 2 will be better than season 1

Over 2 years since season one. At this rate they won't reach Wano until they are in their 50's.

well if one piece does keep getting renewed in order to catch up with the 1999s to present anime verison then netflix might have to keep recasting every 20 to 30 years in order to keep the characters the same age

like the simpsons for example its been on since 1989 and the characters stayed the same ages

I always thought they should have done Dragon Ball instead of this. With all the time jumps there, it would have been an easier show to produce logistically.
