I've been down with the flu for some days and everytime I have a flu with high fever, then I have some really weird dreams.
The one I had last night was about Voyager!
It was like being in a Voyager episode where Flotter and Trevis had taken over the ship.
In some way they had managed to take control over the ship and was running it from the mess hall, except the mess hall didn't look like Voyager's mess hall but the place where I and some workmates have our daily lunch. They also held Neelix as hostage there.
I myself was a crew member who stared through the glass doors into the transformed mess hall where Flotter and Trevis ruled.
In the dream Janeway was furious. "I rather self-destruct the ship than letting those trolls take over it" she said.
This crazy dream went on the whole night! I slept for a while, then woke up with the same high fever and when I fell asleep again I was back in the same scenario again.
Neelix saved the ship. He got control of the command code in some way. I just remember being one of the crew members or participants who entered the mess hall after Janeway got control over the ship again and Flotter and Trevis were sent back to the holodeck.
Kes was there all right (otherwise it wouldn't have been my dream)
but she didn't play any significant role in that drama. Neither did two work-mates of mine, Mick Jagger or Tony DiNozzo from NCIS who also happened to be on the ship.
The point is that I have hardly thought about Flotter in the recent months, except for a funny comment about him which I wrote in the Sarah Silverman thread in this forum.
Anyway, I might make a story of this dream when I get some time for it!
