The funny thing in this video is that Chuck Testa actually looks stuffed himself! He might specialize in the most life-like dead animals, but he sure is the most death-like living human himself

I've never been able to figure out who designed that thing! -or what it's called! -and it irks me to no end
It was in the films, in TNG and even had a colour-change for Enterprise and never have I found out anything about it

^ Fun fact: The officer who reports that "this thing seems to have no other function" is a Trek veteran himself: Bruce French.
I've also seen that prop in other shows, like Otherworld.

I think it's the fact that he says it twice -the second time kinda like an affirmation of the first- that makes it so funny!
