As part of our ongoing efforts at Quality Improvement here at TrekBBS, the "Viddy This" Thread has now been renamed "Official FUNNY VIDEO Thread." We hope that this increased clarity in labeling will help ensure that all funny videos are Posted in the appropriate venue and that no funny videos meet an unfortunate fate before being properly laughed at. We also plan a marketing blitz involving TV, radio and city bus advertising to remind all members that funny videos should be Posted in the funny video Thread.

We thank you for your support of this historic rebranding.

Personally, I preferred Locutus's suggestion of "Video Thread Killed The Radio Star," but the marketing department found its Clarity Quotient to fall 16% below our target.

But I shall also remember it as the longest standing clip-thread of Misc., the most merged, the most referred to by mods closing other threads, the one with the most hated title and the most secret society of the T-BBS.

At least this is change we can believe in for ALL posters!
