I recall the song was about the one band member who left their previous band to join them. Good o'l Gen X and some of their silly band names... a lot of worse ones exist, but I think "The Breeders" was a one-hit wonder with that song...

I have StarCrash on blu-ray as part of a 4 disc Roger Corman set (with Humanoids From The Deep, Galaxy Of Terror & Forbidden World) and Student Bodies on DVD (probably my favorite cheesy movie of all time).

Honestly: Scrub to 4:19 and start watching there. If not impressed by Patrick Stewart by 6:03 (or at least by 4:59) then don't skip back to part one to watch the whole thing in proper chronological order....

LOL, that's warped yet brilliantly funny. That reminds me to get that movie, as well as a balloon and some helium for "an uplifting experience"...


Some of Corman's movies aren't terribly bad, and cheesy is great when there's a bit of beef and a bun, hold the pickles...
