O'Brian's goodbye Keiko messages

In To The Death, Miles drops off his eleventh goodbye message to his wife since they were married. He says that he's been averaging almost two per year. What do you think the other ten occasions were, assuming they were only during known episodes?

I'd guess they included:

A general 'if I should die' message on no particular occasion, sometime shortly after they married. Just in case because Starfleet is dangerous.

*Redemption II confronting the Romulans in TNG S5

*Chain of Command in TNG S5 - the confrontation with the Cardassians.

* Springing Tosk out of jail in DS9 S1 Captive Pursuit

* Piloting Kira to the Cardassian labor camp in DS9 S2 The Homecoming

*Perhaps before entering the Gamma Quadrant in DS9 S2's The Jem'Hadar, but I suspect he didn't expect to die and/or didn't have time to record one.

*Before the Gamma Quadrant mission in The Search (DS9 S3)

*Possibly before going back in time in DS9 S3's Past Tense II, but he may not have had time.

*Entering the Gamma Quadrant to rescue Odo in The Die is Cast (DS9 S3)

*Before the Klingon battle at DS9 in Way of the Warrior in DS9 S4.

...his "duplicate" may have in 'Whispers'.

However, this leads to an inevitable question....what were the messages like??

...given the frequency of the messages, and the ongoing habit of survival, AND that he was technically a lowest-rank chicken soup vending machine repairman....I say it was like this:
