Then again, the ship is supposed to have an aft-facing torpedo launcher somewhere in the spine - and this "cargo bay" area seems like the best bet.
The two forward launchers in turn should indeed be on the same level as the upper/auxiliary deflector dish, at the very bow of the primary hull. It could be difficult to draw them in because they'd obscure our view of that deflector. Perhaps they could be left out, and only the aft launcher drawn in, if we assume that the graphic only depicts the things found at or near the ship's centerline.
But if the graphic is supposed to show crucial systems, then it might need to take liberties with the placement of those systems. Much like the Voyaget MSD shows the nacelles moved away from their real position, for easier viewing of the shuttlebay area, this graphic might show either the torpedo launchers or the deflector moved outside the ship and only connected to it with a line, an arrow, or other suitable symbology.
