No midnight showing?

Hmm... I was expecting a midnight showing for this movie, but I guess there is only a 7pm and a 10pm showing on Thursday, May 7th... which is cool, but I was hoping to see it at midnight. Well, maybe I'll be cheap now and see it at the early-bird matinee

Is this the same nationwide?

Yep - there's no reason for a midnight show when it's actually opening the day before at 7:00 PM.

The Imax theater near me is doing a midnight show on the 7th -- which is out of the question obviously with this work crap getting in the way of my real life....

Also on the 8th they're doing midnight showing and there were no earlier times YET...but I called and they said they were hoping to do the schedule by the end of the week...I didn't wait and just bought my tickets for the midnight show. I'm confident this is going to be sold out.

I would think the 7 pm and 10 pm shows would actually be busier than a midnight show, seeing as people will be able to justify being awake until 9:30 or 12:30 verus 2:30 in the morning, what with work the next day. That's actually what enticed some of my friends to go.

7pm is fine by me. thats five hours earlier that i get to see it.
