Obviously dumb-humor for the kiddies, but looks worthwhile anyway. Hopefully they didn't put all the good parts in the trailer.

Hank Azaria is playing someone called Kah Mun Rah - looks pretty Phaorah-like to me. Azaria's a funny guy with a good body, so hopefully he won't be too much of a disappointment if they recast the role?

Not really my kind of flick, but damn, thats a pretty impressive list of cameos. They must've been handing out some fat paychecks.

Ok now I've seen the trailer, and it looks yummy. It's taking what we saw in the first one and making it bigger, but keeping it true to the spirit of the first. Totally two thumbs up here.
It is absolutely worth a watch. I watched it specifically because of Mickey Rooney being in it. He made me promise to watch it. And I had the most fun time ever while watching it.
Rami must be playing Hank's son or something, cuz I caught a glimpse of him in the background, and it was definitely him.
Is it Memorial Day yet? lol

If ONLY the distinctive shape weren't considered a servicemark of Paramount/CBS! That means there's money involved...which also means "probably not happening".

Well, that and they shoot these films in Vancouver. The first one was really fun, playing "Spot the Jaffa" lol.

Yeah he is not my favorite either. He is what makes Superbad less, er...super imo. I heard he was going to be in Transformers 2 but had to drop out, hope that is true.
Glad to see the trailer getting some positive feedback. Wasn't sure if it would. I liked the first one for what it was. Its one of those films where I know its not directly targeted at me so I allow things to slide and just enjoy it for what it is.
Rumor is that if this is a hit as well that a third would take place in a famous International Museum. A few choices but there is that little one in France that eveyone knows.

Is the "Museum" franchise a Paramount Property? If so, I could see them "loaning themselves" the cross-promotion.
Anyone know if the film is being written by the former members of MTV's "The State" who wrote the first one? (Thomas "Jim Dangle" Lennon and one of the other guys whose name isn't coming to me directly).
