If Nick Caserio keeps up his drafting and player acquisition like he has been, the Texans are going to be a force. I'm still amazed at what Caserio and DeMeco Ryans have done so for. I can't recall the last time I heard of a team going rogue like that. Shows you exactly how much respect they have for Dennis Allen.

The Dolphins were stupid letting the Bills get an easy first down to give them the opportunity to take one or two shots in the end zone, but somehow the Bills decided to throw the ball in the middle of the field on the next play and time expired.

Allen apologized to the Falcons and Smith during his postgame press conference.

"That's not who we are, not what we're about," Allen said, according to Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football.

Allen added that Saints players asked him if Williams - who led the NFL in rushing touchdowns in 2022 but had yet to score this season - could get a TD in the season, according to Katherine Terrell of ESPN. Allen rejected the request and wanted the team to take a knee, but the players ran the play anyway. Allen called it "unacceptable."

"We made a collective decision," Winston said postgame, per Rod Walker of The Times-Picayune.

Saints offensive lineman Cesar Ruiz also defended the players' decision to let Williams score late.
