NFL 2022: The Fall of the "Immunized" Aaron Rodgers

More good news:

- Damar's breathing tube is out and he is able to speak to family, friends and teammates. He joined a FaceTime meeting with the Bills and told them "Love you boys."

- His neurological function remains intact. No brain damage, that anyone is aware of.

- NFL owners have approved a neutral site playoff arrangement, following cancellation of last Monday's game. Linky

Houston is winning and Chicago is losing. If this keeps up, the Bears will have the No. 1 overall pick. The Bears don't need a QB, but would a team that does be willing to trade up to jump over the Texans?

I saw some 'hot take' saying that the Bears need a QB. No, they've needed people AROUND their QB all year.

Just goes to show that the most popular quarterback in Chicago is a guy who isn't even on the team yet.

Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune is particularly awful about this.

Nyheim Hines 96 yard game-opening kickoff return TD to for the Bills.

Also, Nyheim Hines 101 yard kickoff return TD in the third quarter.

I’ve seen a couple of reports that Sean McVay will coach his last game with the Rams today.

:(

Bears managed to out-suck the Texans.

Wish List:
1- Ginny gives herself a 100th birthday present by selling the team to someone who knows how to run a pro sports team.
2- They trade that #1 pick for as many damn picks as they can get and build a decent o-line so Fields gets to live long enough to be a good QB.

The Texans drafted an overrated injured player with the 3rd pick in the draft this year, they can do it again with the 2nd pick next year. GO Texans!

Wouldn't shock me. He flirted pretty extensively with Amazon, who was ready to pull up a dump truck full of cash in his driveway to pair him as an analyst with Al Michaels. And he continues to speak regularly of his desire to spend time with his family.

He's going to pull a Sean Payton, sit out for a few years and dodge the inevitable rebuild now that Stafford's broken, then return to a cushy situation somewhere else in 2026 or 2027.

Well, whatever he decides, we Rams fans will always be grateful.

He took an absolutely moribund franchise, and made the playoffs four times, went to the Super Bowl twice, and won it once.

It’s been fun.

Washington has left 14 points on the field. 2 missed FG, missed XP, INT in the end zone.

So, any given Sunday. I was hopeful for a short while a couple of months back, but then they fell back into their usual pattern of mediocrity.
