Haven’t heard of that one.
The Bears had Mahomes as #2 on their draft board but were convinced that San Francisco was going to take Trubisky, which is why they traded a shit-ton of draft capital to move up one spot. They were bidding against themselves.
He's up there, and he expects DC to give him a new stadium. Is Danny the worst owner in sports?

0-3 Skins...
Fucking pathetic. There’s a reason the Broncos punted Keenam. He was worthless and still is. The O-line isn’t any better, sadly. Zero protection for the QB. Keenam’s already too much of a weak link. Every play he’s running around half the field like Fran Tarkenton. Nobody can operate like that, even a reasonably decent player, which Keenam is not.
I guess this season’s done. Not as bad as Miami, but close.![]()

Jerry Jones is also considered one of the worst. There was that huge kerfuffle back in 2017 that had him squaring off against the league. Like two peas in a pod, those twats. Even die-hard Dallas fans hate his guts. Many of them don't much like Garrett as coach, either. He's up there, and he expects DC to give him a new stadium.
A perfect example of his "football prowess": RG3. 'Nuff said!
Not while Derek Jeter still draws breath.
I think Stephen Ross is giving both a run for their money. The man doesn’t have a clue.
I would agree - partially - but It really was shared blame on that front. RG3 marketed himself like Michael Vick - as a QB that could do everything a QB could do, plus run his ass off for potential options galore, like none other.
...but Dean Spanos is also actively evil...
Well, no shit. He was an immature kid who had succeeded, to ridiculous extents, at every level of his athletic career, going all the way back to high school. He needed someone to put a leash on him and say, "Sit down, shut up, listen and learn." Shanahan instead ran him into the ground.
The Chargers told NFL owners they were projecting to make $400 million from PSL sales in Los Angeles. That number was part of the justification for leaving San Diego, as more money was available in the the nation's second-biggest media market. After being in said market for more than a year, the franchise "adjusted" that projection from $400 million to $150 million. A little quick math shows that's just 37.5 percent of the team's initial projection. That's also $250 million that would not be helping to fund Kroenke's stadium.
