Actually it's a valid point as the Villain doing this was a male to begin with;so no I didn't see an issue with him remaking himself into the male hero he saw as the strongest one.
To me, effectively that Instagram pic is asking - "What, are you afraid to be Transgender?"
(Sorry, that's how it came across to me.)
It looks like the Batwoman pilot might start filming in Vancouver in March.
I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping they'd film the series in Chicago as a way to give Gotham it's own unique look, but I guess they must want to keep all of their series in the same place.
No way they were not going to film the show in Vancouver.
I doubt they'll leave her out of Crisis On Infinite Earths.
Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if Black Lightning appeared in that. If they could fly Amell, Gustin, and Benoist to Chicago for a crossover, they could fly one or two BL cast members up to Vancouver.
Black Lightning will never be made part of the Arrowverse; the Akils have zero interest in that idea and have said as much several times.
*puts statement in back pocket*Black Lightning will never be made part of the Arrowverse
going by the number of times that that point has to be repeated in here, some people just don't seem get it.
Just because something is the case today, that doesn't mean it's impossible for it to change. People seem to forget that when Supergirl was new, the network execs and producers insisted for months that it would never cross over with the Arrowverse
IBT said:The showrunners wanted to create a new world, but they aren’t completely nixing the idea of crossovers eventually.
“The storytelling is a little bit more political. It’s topical, and it’s a little grittier. … It doesn’t mean that down the road there won’t be visits,” Salim teased.
That isn't what they said (as has been reiterated time and again); what they said was that crossovers were not their focus at the time they were being asked about them.
Conversely, the Akils' consistent answer every time they've been asked about the possibility of crossing the show over with the other Berlanti Productions superhero series on The CW has been an unequivocal "No, because we're not interested in that" .
No biggie. Jay Garrick was a fictional character on Earth-1 in the comics. The Hulk was briefly a fictional character in an early issue of the Fantastic Four.Black Lightning will join them once their main arc is finished. It'll be an interesting one to do since certain DC characters there are fictional characters.
Yeah but this will be the first time they'll address it in the TV show if it happens. No biggie. Jay Garrick was a fictional character on Earth-1 in the comics. The Hulk was briefly a fictional character in an early issue of the Fantastic Four.
You're assuming they'd address it.Yeah but this will be the first time they'll address it in the TV show if it happens.
